The technology used in the production of this wine aims to preserve the aroma and freshness of the grapes. For that reason the processing takes place at very low temperatures in inert atmosphere. Maceration of 2 hours at 6-8˚С for gentle extraction of the fresh aromas of this variety; Fermentation at 12-15˚С
