Sparkly light green colour with silvery metallic sheen; Rich and intense aroma combining overtones of succulent tropical fruits, nettle, and freshly cut grass. Its flavour is elegant and crisp with intense aroma, and a cool mineral finish.
The technology used in the production of this wine aims to preserve optimally the aroma and freshness of the grapes. That is why the processing takes place at very low temperatures in inert atmosphere. A few different types of maceration are applied /from 1 to 24 hours in temperatures from 4 to 8˚C/ to extract the full range of aromas characteristic of this variety. Delicate pressing and separation of the press fractions; Slow and paced fermentation at 14 to 18˚С
