Technologist’s wine tasting notes:
Deep hues of straw-yellow with lime nuances; Deep and rich aroma with overtones of vanilla cream, white peach, elegant oak and buttery notes; Integrated, thick and long-lasting flavour
One of the most essential characteristics of this wine is the strict grape selection process and the barrels in which it is left to mature. Processing takes place at 10-12˚С with slow pressing of the grapes. The alcoholic and malolactic fermentation happens in French oak barrels (60% new), and the wine is left to mature for 8 months with occasional lees stirring.
